Quebec Goan Association in accordance with Q.G.A. by law article III members are hereby notified that the Annual General Body Meeting will be held on Sunday, March 2nd, 2003 at 2.p.m. in the St. Anthony's Parish Hall situated at 1950, St. Antoine Street, West Montreal.

Please note: In accordance with Article 111 section 10 of the By-Laws, if a quorum is Not present, the postponed meeting will take place on the following Sunday, March 9th 2003, at the same place at 2 p.m.

The Konkani classes will begin on March 7 and continue every Friday until May 23. Twelve (12) classes in all. Time of the classes will be from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

A room at the Central Library, Mississauga has been booked for the 12 classes.

I anticipate these evenings to be more social/fun evenings with snacks & pop drinks served during the break. The instructor has advised me that the "sting" of the classroom will not be present.

There will be a cost associated with this course. The following will have to be paid for:
a. the room
b. the tutor and materials

The fee will be determined by all participating at our first meeting. The individual costs will be tabled and we will collectively decide on an appropriate fee for the course.
