Each
June, communities across the province pay tribute to
seniors by observing Seniors’ Month. The month
provides an excellent opportunity to celebrate and recognize
senior men and women who continue to contribute to making
Ontario what it is today: a dynamic and vibrant province.
Now is the time to start planning your events for June
in honour of our seniors. We would be delighted if you
would join us in promoting our theme for Seniors’
Month 2004: Active in Body, Mind & Spirit.

Active
living as a theme reflects all aspects of citizen engagement
and complements activities from the card game at the
seniors’ centre to the district Senior Games leading
to Actifest, the Ontario Senior Games in August in St.
Catharines.
We
