Friday August 13th, 2004
Event: Toronto East Goans Seniors Association - Seniors picnic
Committee members of the Toronto East Goan Seniors Association are happy to announce that they will be holding a PICNIC on Friday, August the 13th at the Milliken Park, site B from 10.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for all members, families and friends.
Millen Park is situated on the South East corner of McCowan Road and Steeles Avenue East.

Please bring your own lunch and refreshments. Also, if any member/friend plays a musical instrument please bring it along so that we can have some singsong and make it a Fun Day.

As will be noted, the picnic is on a Friday. We regret that we were unable to secure a recreational park for use on a weekend despite concerted efforts made by our social secretary. Apparently, all parks were booked by January 31, 2004 by last years’ Picnickers. So please bear with us. Next time we will have it on a weekend.

If you need any further information or clarification about the picnic Please do not hesitate to call me at 416-755-3577 or better still send me an e-mail (Anthony Saldanha) . Kindly confirm if you will be coming. It will be a good opportunity to meet and get to know the members of the Association.
