To: GWS Members who have indicated 'wish' to travel to Arusha,
Tanzania for 4th E.A.G.C over Easter weekend.
Dear Members,
UPDATE ON TRAVEL
& ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENTS
We wish you to kindly
note the following updates and request you to kindly let us
have your response at your earliest but not later than the
dates indicated.
1. TRANSPORT (to
& from Arusha)
After further negotiations,
we are pleased to inform you that we have received a more
favourable rate of KSHS.1,600/- per person for Return Ticket
by Shuttle.
Date of Departure
from Nairobi - Thursday 8th April, o4. (Time of Departure
will be advised
later)
Date of Return from
Arusha - Monday 12th April, 04.
We request that you
pay this amount to any of the following committee members
by or before 15th March 04.
2. ACCOMMODATION
- in Arusha
Based on the already
circulated information on available accommodation, the members
requiring us to make bookings are requested to pay minimum
of 50% of their desired accommodation, also by or before15th
March. The final balance will be paid by the individual on
checking out.
3. REGISTRATION FEE:
of equivalent Tanzania Shs.15,000/- per adult and Tanzania
Shs.5,000/- per child will be payable to the organizers by
the individual in Arusha, at the time of registration on Thursday
8th April, 04.
This fee is your
ticket to all the functions organized by our hosts.
4. VISA: Each individual
will be required to obtain his/her Visa either prior to travel
or at the Namanga Border on 8th April 04.
PLEASE NOTE - The
urgency to receive your deposit is to ensure that we make
early Transport and Accommodation Bookings given that Buses
and Hotels will be busy during the EASTER weekend.
Therefore please
co-operate and respond asap.
