No UK visa if single and Marriageable ?
Are you Indian, single and of marriageable age? Then give up your idea of visiting Britain, because you will not be allowed in. That is, reportedly, the illegal policy which has been operated by the British Immigration staff based in India and Jamaica, according to the independent watchdog which monitors issuing of UK visas. Immigration lawyer Fiona Lindsley, who discovered this practice, has called for a stop to it. She has told ministers that it no more than an illegal attempt to limit the opportunities for Indians and Jamaicans to meet British citizens, as it might lead to a marriage, according to The Guardian.
