of welcome
Thank you-Bishop
Alex Dias.
On
behalf of the congregation I welcome and would like to thank
his Excellency, the most reverend Alex Dias, Bishop of Port
Blair, Andamans, for having accepted our invitation to celebrate
the holy Eucharist.
Your
Excellency we are indeed very happy to have you among us to-day
and we hope that you will enjoy your short stay in this wonderful
country of Canada.
We
would like to thank Bishop John Boissonneau of the archdiocese
of Toronto for giving us permission to have this holy Eucharist.
We
thank Monsignor Eduardo Resendes for allowing the use of this
beautiful church , the hall for the reception and also for
all the help , co-operation and publicity.
We
thank the main celebrant Bishop Alex Dias.

John D’souza of the Goan-voice Canada for all the publicity
of this holy mass
We would like to acknowledge the presence of Mr. Frank Dale,
councilor, representing city of Mississauga Mr. Roque Barretto,
chairman of the board of trustees, Goan overseas association,
Toronto and Mr. Olavo Ferreira, president of Goan association
Hamilton and also president of the Calangute association,
Canada.
Finally
I wish to thank you all for attending this con-celebrated
holy Eucharist.
After
the holy mass we invite you all to the reception in the church
hall downstairs to meet and greet the Bishop. Refreshments
and some snacks will be served.

Dear
Friends in Christ:
I
thank you for the generous donations , which you have given
me for the Tsunami Relief and Rehabilitation Fund in the Andaman
and Nicobar Islands. May the Good Lord bless you and reward
you generously. Please rest assured of my prayers for you
and your family.
I
am glad I had the opportunity of celebrating the Holy Eucharist
and meeting you all at Christ the King Church on Tuesday,
the 5th of July, 2005. Your sentiments of concern and solidarity
towards us have really touched me, and I will always remain
grateful to you all.
Once
again, please accept my grateful thanks and my assurance of
prayers.
