new Board of Directors, of the "CSoE",
was elected at the special general meeting held
on 13 March 2005, in Montreal.
The newly elected directors are: Leslie Vas, Marie
Pereira, Ferman Gonsalvas, Robert Correa, Deidre
Lawrence, Luiza D'Sa and Joyce Correa.

- Quebec Goan Association & Canadian Seniors of the
East team up for Mother's Day Event
Mother's Day is being celebrated jointly by the Quebec Goan
Association [QGA] and the Canadian Seniors of the East.[CSoE].
Date: Sunday
May 8
Time:
12.00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Venue:
Bombay Mahal Restaurant, 1242 Rue Crescent, Montreal.
Cost: $11.50
per adult [includes children 13 years and over]
$ 6.00 per child, between 4 and 12 years old.
Children 3 years and under are free.
Entertainment includes dancing, music and games. The meal
includes an appetizer, meal, dessert and tea. There will
also be a cash bar.
There are a limited number of tickets available. Tickets
will not be sold after April 30.
