NOTICE TO G.W.S MEMBERS

Notice is hereby given that the 14th Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday the 4th of May 2008 at the Goan Institute at 11.00 am, failing a quorum the meeting  will be reconvened at 11.30 am

AGENDA:

1. To confirm the minutes of the 12th Annual General Meeting held on 10th June 2007

2. To accept and adopt the Annual report for the year ended 31st December 2007

3. To receive and approve Audited Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2007

4. To approve estimates for the current year 2008

5. To appoint an Auditor (D’Souza & Company have indicated their willingness to continue in this office)

6. To elect office bearers for the current year 2008

7. Any Other Business for which due notice of seven days shall be given to the Hon. Secretary in writing.
