8 May: Toronto. FR. LUIS GONZAGA D'ARAUJO. (Aged 85; Born Loutulim, Goa; ex-Angola and Portugal). Visitation on Tuesday May 11, 2010 from 7 to 10 pm at the Church of St Mary of the Angels at 1481 Dufferin Street, Toronto where he served as pastor for 17 years before retirement. Funeral mass at the same church the following morning at 11 followed by interment at the Holy Cross Cemetery, 8361 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill. Thanks and appreciation are due to the Scarborough Retirement Centre, the Toronto Catholic Diocesan authorities, Fr Nedson Gomes and the Paul O'Connor Funeral Home for his final arrangements.

DR. DAVID COUTO (Family Physician) It is with great sadness that we announce the tragic passing of David on Sunday, May 2, 2010 at the age of 30. Beloved son of Stan and Debra Couto. Dearest brother of Jillian (Vern) and Craig. Nephew of Tyrone (Benita), Eleanor (Errol), Anita (Bernard), Joyce (Shaukat) and the late Beryl and Cecil (Lily). Grandchild of Micheala and the late Samson, Theodolina and Cajetan. Beloved friend of Nancy. As a member of the Canadian Armed Forces and a Family Physician, David had chosen a career dedicated to helping others. We will all miss his infectious enthusiasm and mischievous sense of humour. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga, L5B 1M8, on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 1290 McBride Ave., Mississauga on Saturday, May 8 at 10 a.m. Entombment at Assumption Cemetery.

Theresa Dias (ex Uganda)- died peacefully on Tuesday, April 27th 2010, in Toronto. Beloved wife of the late Tom Dias, and loving mother to Lorna, Hazel, Rowena, Debra and their spouses. "Mama Theresa" will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Kimberley (Erick), Gareth (Tina), David, Krysten, Daniel and Ashley, and great grandchildren, Sophia and Sebastien, and her pets. Visitation will be held at McDougall & Brown, Scarborough on Sunday, May 2 2010, from 2-5pm. Funeral Mass at 10:00am, Monday, May 3rd 2010, at St Martin de Porres, Scarborough, followed by a reception in the church hall. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
