Editorial in Brampton Guardian

Why are we giving thieves such easy access to our belongings? Lock them up. Put them away. And keep them out of sight! It’s just that plain and simple. And yet, week after week, there are reports of purses being snatched from the front seats of vehicles in parking lots and laptop computers going missing.

Bribery Culture of India - brilliantly insightful, frighteningly true
Sourrce: http://anaggh.posterous.com/bribery-culture-of-india-brilliantly-insightf

Hi.........I hope this will make us understand why bribery is part of our culture !!!!!!!

Analysis on corruption in India does not address its cultural aspect. We see nothing peculiar about corruption in India (except that it is everywhere). We see many corrupt individuals in a system unable to correct itself. Our media reports corruption episodically. One independent incident of greed follows another.

Bishop Alex Dias of Port Blair, Andamans with Pope Benedict XVI for "AD LIMINA APOSTOLORUM"
Sent by Antonio Mascarenhas

"AD LIMINA APOSTOLORUM" is the technical term for the visit every Bishop has to pay to the Holy Father, the Pope, successor of St.Peter.This visit is also called the QUINQUENNIAL VISIT,because it is supposed to be held every 5 years. But somehow that never happens, because the Popes never seem to get enough time !! For example, this year we were called after 8 years. Our previous one was also held after 8 years. It was to be held in 2000,but the Pope(JOHN PAUL II ) was too busy with the GREAT JUBILEE programmes. So, we had been called in 2003.And now once again we came after 8 years.
