Ontario getting cut while other provinces get increases

The federal government will cut $31.5 million from immigrant settlement services in Ontario in 2012, CBC News has learned, making it the second year in a row the province has lost settlement funding from Ottawa.

My father was young still, 62, and in good health until being struck with pancreatic cancer.
